      I had the same problem.I did a proper installation of ngp6 physics and it already works.

      Do you use "Fullscreen=true" option in RichardBurnsRally.ini file? Does it work if you use "Fullscreen=false" option in the RBR INI file? Some systems have issues in DirectX fullscreen mode.
