Here we go again the Igor way. Upgrading an old plugin and rebranting it without any information about the original source or author and the changes made. It only causes confusion and doesn't help anyone among the RBR users. Thanks for nothing.

The overtake.gg link does indeed show "Black-f" written - but it is under the "• Uninstall:" heading... Maybe making it more clear would be good. Also, I don't see a single credit listed on the entire SCL Tools page of the website... Even if you download the mod, it comes zipped which only contains a single executable file, no README with credits. Just something to consider..
There are exactly three README files with 'Black-f' credits. 1 is in overtake.gg racedepartment. 1 is inside during installation 1 is saved at the end of the installation.
