  1. it reminds me of the cathedral of the book"The Pillars of the Earth" You should have a millionaire codemaster contract haha. Great job, in my opinion you don't need so much detail and work on textures and objects to enjoy a track in RBR, there are simpler tracks that with less work are just as fun and good in tournaments, in the end when you are competing the only thing that You look at the track layout, gutters and walls, the rest is in the background, is my opinion, thanks for your great work on tracks, fmod and others ...

    1. Agree, more or less :) As an RBR driver I also like the tracks which gives me the most fun, regardless of the graphics. It is funny that it is me saying this, but I always say the graphics aspect is overrated in games. A lot. For example I love driving Uchan-Su so much - quite ugly track, not very realistic in almost every aspect, but very challenging, unforgiving, long and difficult to hotlap. And it's winter version is even more fun and challenge :)
But from the creator's standpoint, I always try to produce as good results as I can and also try to improve with every next task. I am definitely able to make compromises if required, but with this specific project I want it to represent my skills and demonstrate that RBR can look really great regardless of it's age. Hopefully this will become the tribute to RBR and it's developers.
Also please note that my detailed work is not the reason why it takes so long to finish it, if I can work on it daily, it would be complete within 2 months (one building takes me 1-2 days), but I just can't afford to work like that - I would need to get some sponsorship for the project or at least receive some "proper" donation, which didn't happen.
But let's see, I will try my best to at least not freeze the development completely like the last year, I really want to have this finished.

Thank you for the patience and your kind words :)

  2. I very much agree with you, thank you for the comment and for not taking it as a criticism, since it is not, I know the work and the hours and months that each track or each modeling car has, textures, export, import, retouch, fix, re-export, ohhh it's crazy that only a few control, that's why I appreciate your great work, it also makes it very clear that it makes a great tribute to Barum rally, Zlin and the Czech plugin, I think we have to encourage more donations with details, such as putting a photo of the donor on the track as some do, and facilitating another way of donating that is not just PayPal, I also get very angry with people who ask for new tracks and new cars in RBR without donating and then buy an arcade in 2000czk to play with friends, as my grandfather used to say "The things of the palaces go better slowly "it would be wonderful to inaugurate it on the 50th anniversary of the rally !! Greetings and long live the RBR community !!
    thanks
