Okey. For some reason RBRTM plugin was not identified. What is the name of the RBRTM plugin in RBR/Options/Plugins in-game menu? Do you have localized language file in RBRTM and the name of the plugin has some special chars? It could be one reason.
Please check the "rbrAppPath\RichardBurnsRally.ini" file and [RBRTMSettigns] LanguageFile option. Try commenting out or remove this LanguageFile line to see if it fixes the problem (RBRTM uses english by default).
If it works without the LanguageFile then could you please post the RBRTM languageFile in NGPCarMenu web site (Issues ticket attachment). And when you open the RBRTM language file then what do you see in line option "1"? Option 1 there is the name of the plugin shown in RBR in-game menus.
