This is not grB car. My guess is low prepared stock version (Group 2 or 3).

I have a long list about official FIA homoligated cars and find this:

1700 Gr2 Chrysler Sunbeam-Lotus 2174 01.04.1979
662 Gr4 Chrysler Sunbeam Lotus 2174 01.04.1979
227 GrB Talbot Sunbeam Lotus 2174 01.12.1982(on 1700)
It is intresting that based on 1700 was written after the GrB car, but I think the Gr4 car was transfered to GrB.
