it's really fun stage, just one place is to hard drive (some chicane) with RBR physics, because car don't wan turn...
OdpovědětVymazatWhats going on, they stolen textures and 3D models from GermanGarage and Vasek Sourek tracks
OdpovědětVymazatLamda
Nothing personal. The track has not been made for economic reasons, it is a free trial period for all users in the world of RBR, to make more updated this fantastic RBR simulator. I do not see what's so bad if some textures have been used by other users, surely those who created it did not know about this. However, it is a great track, just want to party, it is very nice that all over the world working for free.
OdpovědětVymazatif they took someone else's models without permission (and GermanGarage has been always very clear about this) it IS bad.
OdpovědětVymazatThis behaviour will, in the end, stop Lamda and other talented makers from making new tracks.
I believe that no person would want to stop the creators of tracks, partly because I do not see why. Probably, or did not know how costuire 3D models, or did not know that you had to ask permission to use them, and therefore will have used models already made. I do not think has been done to bad, but certainly to make more and more beautiful RBR.
OdpovědětVymazatThis happens because some RBR mod administrators do not even read the track release notes and rather use them to wipe off their ass instead of publishing them within their installations packs. Isn't it true? If you get a track directly from a trackmaker's site, you will get also a track license along, and you will maybe read it.
OdpovědětVymazatBut when you install a mod you get packages of tracks and you don't even know the author in most cases. That's the big problem.
I propose a compromise: crediting the authors of the models.
I think stopping the release of these tracks would be something that goes against the sense of the RBR community. At the same time, respecting an author's work should be mandatory.
I agree with you, stop the release of the tracks is against the community of RBR. But what I think is: the author of this track I do not think you will be benefited economically, because even as I understand no one pays you the great work. From what I see is a free track for the entire community and all of the plug-in. I think that the author, even if he used objects from other creators, created to share the will and increase the tracks for the whole community.
