Ne, Montekland zůstane uzavřený. Bude se jen jezdit když se bude pořádá Montek Rally nebo někdy čas od času výjimečně udělají volný turnaj. Jinak veřejný nebude... Momentálně jsou testy na Montek Rally ale musíš mít licenci Team Rally jinak tě tam nepustí.
The release conditions are only defined by the trackmaker. It not exist any general agreement.
But i think it is a shame. all tracks should be avable for all drivers. Waitingtime for benefit one plugin is ok. More is not helpfull for general RBR comunity.
Germangarage will rellease all work for "free to play" as long the release rules will respected. i hope this will be the unwrittten general rule for future.
I saw this position (with used some tracks with license), required some new function in tournament creation properties. I want that in my championship don't let drive drivers, who have "Rally Team" licenses... It will add the same rules for all users (who pay some donation for plugin and track creators...) And may in future need to think about permission of my track in CZ plugin. This is one reason why guys from others plugins don't want share new track...
Lamda: We all know how long it takes to create a special stage. It 'nice as they are released now free for everyone, but it is not serious if it's blocked for a year with the decision to give the exclusive to a specific mod. Bad is when is never released to the public or worse is charged.
I think, it's as always locked. And don't have any different from tracks in CZ download section. Only, this is all stages in one big zip, or something...

Copak Montekland, ale pamatuju si, že bylo slíbeno uvolnit všechny Příbrami "do roka a do dne". A Sieversdorf je taky furt jen on-line :-(
