Waht about use under mods/plugins as Czech, RSRBR, RBR-World? Usually they redistribute tracks to the users. In this case every single user should pay? Keep in mind that the majority of RBR drivers play online with one of these mods.
just hope they do not use textures/models not licensed for commercial use, or even original material from RBR :D Or maybe cracked 3D/2D software... until you're a modder you are "allowed" to do so...
