You are not absolutely right. It is available neither for offline shakedown nor online racing. It is available only for one online tournament, which you have to pay for.
Much better, again pay money in plugin, like some years ago and have all track for all. If not, yes it's close to kill RBR and leave only it for small fans groups, for slow slow dying

I'm new to rbr but I love the game. In my opinion,which everyone has, it would be nice to be able to get all contents because thats what keeps older titles going(GTR2, Rfactor, etc). I know its a lot of work and I'd love 2 help but I have no creativity.I like the vanilla cars also and wish tbey were still able to get and play some how. But like I said it's a lot of work and appreciate all the ones that create for this game and they are awesome, thank you. Just my 2 cents worth of rambling.
