incredible what value toms addon added to rbr tracks. more tracks are in progress than one can put on a list. i think soon we will learn that 2 modders work on actually the same stage and we will need a list of started stages to prevent double-work :D
Making a preview with simple road prefab repeating along a curve & shrinkwrapped to a scan is a matter of day. But getting it into a finished state is a different story. I don't think there will ever be many people capable of that. Still promising demo though.
well i have never seen that number of demos in wallaby times. and its more likely someone will develop this shrinkwrapped road into a stage when the tools are on the table, than keep the motivation for only 3d modeling the thing blindly and every few weeks sending it to the mighty software owner for an export
It's not that much about SW. Everybody could get Wallaby too if he was really interested in making RBR tracks. I think the main difference is that RBR got way more popular than in the past, we have Discord to share workflows etc. But the addon is for sure simplifying the process significantly.
