Samples can be changed for your own, and u can also write your own pacenotes. At this moment I think is no sense to make pacenotes for each country because Lambda is making advanced pacenote editor for orginal dls files.

By the way, is there any chance to change brakes sound? I can see two .wav files, but can´t change ingame sound.
